Tropical Getaway is a light, pleasant two bedroom, two bath condo. It is located on the sixth floor of a seven story building which affords views of the pool, preserve and the Gulf of Mexico.

THIS IS A TOTALLY NON-SMOKING UNIT LEASED TO NON-SMOKERS ONLY.

No pets are allowed by tenants per condo association rules.

With almost 1400 square feet of living space, it is very comfortable. Uncluttered and ready for occupancy, you need only bring your clothes and laptop. The condo is newly painted with tile floors in the living areas and new carpet in the two bedrooms.

With highspeed wireless Internet available, it is possible to stay in touch or even carry on your business from the condo.

Room by Room descriptions:

Living area has a view of the Gulf with comfortable seating, desk, and entertainment center.
There is a VCR and DVD player for use with the cable television.

The screened lanai is at the west end of the living room through sliding glass doors. With
wonderful views, it is a pleasant place to sit on the couch to read or watch sunsets. The table seats four for meals or game playing.

The master bedroom faces west with a queen size bed and a television. It has a walk-in closet complete with hangers. The bathroom has double sinks and an oversized shower.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and double stainless steel
sink. Basic small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and hand mixer as well as
cookware and utensils are provided. Place settings for eight are furnished.

The dinette off the kitchen faces east and has a table with seating for four.



The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The bath has a single sink and a full size
tub with shower.



There is a laundry room with a utility sink and full size washer and dryer.

The separate storage room is useful for luggage. It holds four beach chairs. There are also
two basic bicycles available for use.

There is a telephone in the condo which may be used for local calls. For long distance, you
will need either a cell phone or a calling card.

Two sets of linens are furnished for each bed. There are eight sets of towels, four beach
towels and four pool towels.
