September – October 2009: $2100

November 2009: $2550

December 2009: $3000

January 2010: $3200 *

February 2010: $3500 *

March 2010: $3200 *

April 2010: $2550

May – October: 2010 $2200

* Rent February and add January and/or March 2010 for only $2500 per additional month.

Discounts are available for two or more consecutive months.

Six month and annual leases are also available.

There is a lodging tax of 10% for leases less than 6 months, a cleaning fee of $150, and a damage/cleaning deposit of $1500.

TROPICAL GETAWAY IS A TOTALLY NON-SMOKING UNIT LEASED TO NON-SMOKERS ONLY. Any evidence of smoking will result in a mandatory withholding of at least $1000 of the damage/cleaning deposit.

No pets are allowed by tenants per condo association rules.
